Thank You

Emerging research on the brain tells us that it is difficult -- and maybe even impossible -- for the brain to hold anxiety and gratitude at the same time.

We encourage you to take a few minutes this holiday to stop and consider some of the reasons that you are thankful. And when possible, share those thoughts of thanksgiving with people who are important to you.

What are we thankful for this Thanksgiving? We each have many reasons to rejoice. But one reason high on our lists is you -- our readers!

To everyone who has read our new blog this month, provided us with encouragement and feedback, and reminded us that this work we do matters - thank you. You all are one of the many reasons we will pause and give thanks this week.
